Bahasa Indonesia is widely used in all regions in Indonesia, belongs to Bali. It becomes the national language in Indonesia. For overseas tourists, to understand and able to speak Bahasa Indonesia, although just some common and simple conversations only, they will be more appreciated when they greet Indonesian people, belong to Balinese. Please note that there area a lot of daily questions/conversations in Bali are not common and impolite to ask to someone in your country because they are very personal and privacy, however, the questions are common and polite as it deeply expresses that you are friendly , aware and pay attention to the person concerned. So it is quite polite and reasonable if want to ask Balinese about the following questions although you are the first time to introduce and meet him/her , for example :
· Where are you going ? – Anda mau pergi ke mana ?
· How old are you ? - Berapa umur anda ?
· Are you already married ? - Apakah anada sudah menikah?
· How many children do you have ? - Anda mempunyai berapa anak?
