The followings are terms & conditions for car & motorbike rental are usually issued by the Companies of car & motor rentals in Bali:
· Having an International Driving License for foreigner and National Driving License for Indonesian are must, if not the insurance will not cover anything for any accidents or lost.
· For motorbike rental , the rate is already inclusive of full coverage insurance as well as inclusive of any damage, theft of the car or any part of it. Full insurance coverage is subject to US$ 50.00
· Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage insurance for the Rental Car including any damage, theft of the car or any part of it. Full insurance coverage is subject to US 200.
· Rental rates is for 24 hours ( daily ) and any extra charge of US$ 5.00 per hour for every hour if the car /motorbike is not returned in excess of 24 hours from the start-rental time.
· Renter will be fully responsible to any off-road damages (e.g. beach, field, etc.); theft of the car or any part of it; to any consequence caused by giving or allowing the vehicle to be driven by person other than the renter. Agreement must be signed upon car delivery.
· It is not permitted to drive the motor bike off the island without prior approval.
· The company generally provide Free delivery services only for area of the Ngurah Rai Airport, Tuban, Kuta, Legian, Kerobokan, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Sanur. Extra charge will be applied for remote areas.
· No advance deposit is required for booking, therefore simply completing and send us your booking form as detailed and your car rental would be prepared based on your inquiry. Payment upon car delivery.
· The prices relate to the condition and year of cars/motorbikes. When advising the type of cars/motorbike which you would prefer, please clarify its condition or rate of your choice and book your rental car in advance to secure or guarantee your booking definitely
· The company rentals will always give you the best service, a good quality & condition car/ motorbike , however, in case of you / or your client are unsatisfied with the car/motor bike condition , wide range of Replacement car/motor bike / Substitute car and or motor bike available . No additional charge for it.
· If the payment will be settled by Credit Card ( VISA or MASTER CARD ), there will be a 3% additional bank charges/administration fees . The US Dollar will be converted in Rupiah (IDR) by using the Bank Selling Rate at time of transaction.
· During promotion , the length of rental of car & motorbike should be minimum of 3 days.
· If the length of rental for 30 days or even more…, the price can be still negotiable.

USEFUL TIPS FOR GETTING AROUND BALI BY DRIVING A CAR/MOTORBIKE BY YOURSELF:
